We found a new home we loved and signed a purchase agreement before putting our old house on the market. I called iHome for help and they started work within days, even making recommendations for other small and inexpensive fixes that could boost the home’s sale appeal. They finished the work in no time and at a very reasonable price for all they did.

We easily doubled, if not tripled, the return on our repair/touch-up investment. Houses in the neighborhood very similar to ours had been on the market for months leading up to our sale. Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. Especially when it comes to contractors! We consumers have grown accustomed to “I will be there Tuesday at 8am” then we never see or receive a call that they will not be coming or running late. I have NEVER received this from iHome Improvements (Dustin or Amy Parker). They believe in building great customer relationships and completing each project to their client’s absolute satisfaction!

The work they provide is always above and beyond our expectations! Not only have I worked with iHome personally but also as the current BHS Booster’s President. Dustin & Amy have DONATED their time, efforts & money in assisting me with Bearden High School football construction projects on multiple occasions. They have built outdoor tables for our sidelines, updating press box, renovating concession stands, installing air conditioner units, etc… Dustin does high quality work and does it on time and communicates with us on his progress. This is not the norm anymore in his industry. It always gives me a bit of hope when a company goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer service.

iHome Improvements does great work. They were reasonably priced, on time and left everything clean and neat. We had gutters, foundation / flooring repair and tile flooring installed. I would recommend them for your home improvement jobs. Employees were very informative and courteous.

Top-notch work. Very knowledgeable. Had some siding replaced and the house painted. Through no fault of iHome a clerical error between Lowe’s, HGTV and the paint company resulted in the wrong trim color. They fixed it fast and met me halfway with labor & mats. There’s more projects for the house and I will for sure use them again.

Dustin Parker has done several jobs for me big and small. He is a perfectionist and OCD which is what you want in a contractor. He does not cut corners and is honest and good to his word. I would highly recommend him.
